Show Notes: Reluctantly Knitting Continental

This week I spoke about my recent projects, and shared a bit about the ongoing discomfort that has developed in my arm from knitting. In order to combat the discomfort, and avoid a true repetitive stress injury, I have decided to try and keep a simple stockinette or garter project on my needles that I knit exclusively continental. So far, it has been providing relief and a welcome change for my muscles. Since starting my little pullover project, I have noticed the stress in my right elbow improve!

I hope you enjoyed episode 32. If you are looking for it, it can be found here.
