Finished Objects:
This week I shared the socks that I completed for the Action Grüne Socke. I am so excited to send them off! If you’d like to participate in the charity, click the link to find out more information!
I also shared a bonnet that I completed knitting for my younger daughter Vivien. It is my own design and modelled after the first one I knit for Esmeralda’s doll Lucy recently. I still have some things to work out with the pattern but I hope to share it one day!
Works in Progress:
I was in a bit of a rut in my knitting, with a couple of projects on hold, and just in time I got the most gorgeous lovely package in the mail from my knitting friend Beate. She sent me two knitting books ~ Knitted Toy Tales by Laura Long and Woodland Knits by Stephanie Dosen (of Tiny Owl Knits). These books provided so much inspiration to my weary knitters heart, and I immediately cast on the Mr Fox Stole my Heart pattern from Woodland Knits! I’m making it out of some left over wool yarn my mother in law passed on to me. Such an adorable pattern!
