Finished Objects:
This week I shared my completed Bifurca Vest by Teti Lutsak knit primarily in November Woods Fiber Co. naturally dyed yarn
I also shared my finished Mr Fox Stole my Heart pattern from the book Woodland Knits by Stephanie Dosen (of Tiny Owl Knits). Knit in some hand-me-down wool yarn, it ended up looking more like a little pig than a fox but I don’t mind at all!
Works in Progress:
My knitting love of the moment~ The Moonlight Traveller Mittens by Nina Pommerenke of A Crafter’s Tale. I am knitting these with leftover Hebridean 2 ply from Virtual Yarns in the shade Machair (from my Alice Stanmore Elizabeth I sweater) and some very special naturally dyed green woolly yarn.
I also have been working on my Christmas vanilla socks for Nik, and my Christmas Shawlogrpahy by Stephen West. I have made good progress on the two of these patterns, but am excited to say goodbye to them until next December.
Knitting Plans:
I shared my newest cast on plan~ The Byron by Natasja Hornby . I will be knitting this lovely masculine sweater for Nik, and I can’t wait to see it progress. I am knitting it using the suggested yarn~ Holst Garn Supersoft and Titicaca held double (in colours of my own choosing, though 😉 ).
